✅ Tone Profile

The Eastman T59/v offers the rich, expressive sound that makes semi-hollowbody electric guitars so appealing.

The Lollar Custom Wound Imperial humbuckers provide a versatile tonal palette, ranging from warm, rounded neck-pickup tones to articulate, punchy bridge-pickup sounds.

Expect a beautifully balanced voice with excellent note definition, smooth sustain, and the ability to move comfortably between clean passages, bluesy overdrive, classic rock, jazz, and roots-oriented styles.

The semi-hollowbody construction contributes to the instrument’s distinctive character, while the solid center block helps deliver sustain and control at higher gain levels.

Whether you’re playing through a clean vintage-style amplifier or pushing an overdriven amp into classic rock territory, the T59/v offers plenty of personality and tonal flexibility.

✅ Construction & Premium Features

✔️ Deluxe Flamed Maple Laminate Body

The T59/v features a 16-inch thinline body crafted from deluxe flamed maple laminate. The figured maple provides the striking visual character associated with classic semi-hollowbody guitars, while the solid full-body center block contributes to sustain and helps control unwanted feedback.

✔️ Antique Varnish Sunburst Finish

Eastman’s hand-applied Antique Varnish finish gives the guitar a distinctive vintage appearance. Subtle relicing adds the look and feel of an instrument that has developed its character over years of playing.

✔️ Premium Lollar Custom Wound Imperial Humbuckers

These high-quality pickups are a major highlight of the T59/v. Designed for a rich, expressive response, they offer warmth, clarity, and excellent dynamic sensitivity.

✔️ Ebony Fingerboard & Classic Appointments

The maple neck is paired with an ebony fingerboard, a comfortable Traditional Even C neck profile, and elegant pearl split-block inlays. Ivoroid binding around the body, neck, and headstock completes the sophisticated vintage-inspired look.

✔️ Quality Vintage-Style Hardware

Relic-finished Gotoh hardware, including the bridge, tailpiece, and tuning machines, complements the antique finish and reinforces the guitar’s authentic vintage aesthetic.

✅Our Expert Opinion | The Tobias Music Advantage

The Eastman T59/v is an excellent example of what makes Eastman such an appealing choice for players who appreciate boutique-quality instruments.

Rather than relying on appearance alone, Eastman combines carefully executed construction with premium components that make a meaningful difference to the playing experience. The Lollar Custom Wound Imperial humbuckers are a particularly appealing feature, giving this guitar a level of pickup quality that experienced players will appreciate.

The hand-applied Antique Varnish finish and subtle relicing add plenty of vintage mojo without making the guitar feel like a novelty. It’s a refined, versatile instrument equally suited to the working musician and the player looking for something special to add to their collection.

At Tobias Music, we’ve spent decades working with premium guitars and helping players find instruments that deliver the right combination of tone, feel, craftsmanship, and value.

The Eastman T59/v is a guitar that delivers boutique character without the boutique price tag.
