This meticulously crafted Builder’s Edition model expands on the rich legacy of Taylor’s 800 Series, offering an unparalleled blend of playability and distinctive acoustic character. Featuring Honduran rosewood—a denser, harder variety of the species commonly used for our flagship model’s back and sides—this guitar delivers a beautifully balanced response with a harmonically rich overtone spectrum. The sinker redwood top enhances the tone with cedar-like warmth and exceptional sensitivity to a light touch.
Inside, Taylor’s patented V-Class bracing architecture boosts volume, extends sustain, and enhances tuning stability across the fretboard. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, this model includes a beveled mahogany armrest for effortless strumming and a beveled cutaway that allows easy access to higher frets. Chamfered body edges and a sleek Curve Wing bridge further enhance the playing experience, creating an intimate connection between player and instrument.
