| Although we welcome all Internet inquiries,
our main purpose at the Tobias Music web-site is to inform customers about us, to
encourage them to stop in and browse some of our newest products, and to shop for all
their instrument and accessory needs. We will be very happy to ship products to
customers who are unable to find a particular item at their local retailer. However,
since we are a small retail operation with limited manpower, we cannot process refunds or
returns on any items shipped to remote locations. Please support your local
independent retailer whenever possible! That's where the knowledge, service, and
lessons are! If your only alternative is one of the big chain stores, don't forget
to ask that all-important question, "...what do you do with all the guitars that are
returned after thirty days?" They're in stock! The Taylor solid-body electric guitars and
the new T3's are available to test drive now! The first solid-bodies and T3's
sold almost immediately after their launch date but we have models on hand at the
moment! These guitars are going quickly so stop in to see them ASAP!
