Elegantly appointed with select abalone top trim and rosette. African Ebony fingerboard, bridge, binding and beveled armrest. Tropical Vine inlay, made from select abalone and mother of pearl, highlights the Ebony fretboard. Slotted Headstock for a touch of class.
This one isn’t just for looks. We built this one with tone in mind. A dense tropical hardwood, Koa blends midrange focus with a little extra top-end brightness and chime. But as the koa gets played in and opens up, the more midrange overtones appear for added warmth and sweetness. The Grand Concert 12-Fret body and neck makes for easy playability and world class tone. Taylor’s V Class Bracing accentuates the sustain and volume with near pitch perfect intonation. Highly flamed Koa is the perfect tone wood. This one has incredible tone right out of the box.
