One of a kind Custom Shop Martin 0-42 12 Fret inspired by the rare 1902 Size 1 Style 42. A custom shop masterpiece build by the master craftsmen at Martin Guitars. One of the most unique Martins to come out of Nazareth. Originally purchased by a collector, he has decided to hand this off to the next passionate owner. This is your chance to own a little piece of Martin history. This guitar was featured in an article in Martin’s Journal of Acoustic Guitars Vol. 9 2019.

Unplayed Condition.
Great story about recreating one of Martin’s rarest guitars. It is believed that only a few of these guitars were originally built in 1902. This is 1 of 1. A few modern upgrades including a white micarta bridge (instead of the original ivory) and beautiful grained dark Cocobolo back and sides to give this one a Brazilian vibe. Adirondack top with VTS and complete hide glue construction help make this a beautifully sounding small body guitar. The world’s most perfect parlor guitar.
